A photo booth for corporate events
July 31, 2024
Company parties, product launches, and holiday events all have the same problem: people show up, stand around, and leave. A photo booth gives them something to do together, and it gives you a room full of guests holding your logo in their hands.
It’s the same booth, just branded differently
For corporate events we run the exact same open air setup we use for weddings and parties: a 24 megapixel camera, a backdrop we bring and set up, three hours of unlimited sessions. The one thing that changes is the overlay. Instead of a couple’s name, it carries your logo or brand colors, so every photo that leaves the booth is a small, unpaid ad for your event.
Why that matters more than it sounds like it should
Guests photograph themselves at the booth and send the picture to their own phone in seconds. Most of them post it. None of them think of it as marketing, but it functions like organic marketing anyway: your brand on a photo a real person chose to share with their own friends, not an ad they scrolled past.
What we don’t do
We don’t collect guest data at the booth, run branded prop stations, or offer a props menu. That kind of setup adds friction right when you want guests moving through quickly, and it’s not what we build. If you want a clean, fast booth experience with your branding on it, that’s the whole pitch.
Pricing works a little differently here
Weddings and parties book at a flat $599. Corporate events vary more in length and location, so we quote those directly instead of posting a flat rate. Visit brand activations and tell us about your event, and we’ll follow up with a quote, usually within a day.
