Terms and conditions
Last updated December 30, 2025
By booking Pik Stop Photo Booths, you agree to the following terms.
1. Services
We provide an open air photo booth for your event: setup, an attendant for the duration of your booking, and packdown. What is included is described on our services page.
2. Payment
A $99 deposit secures your date. The balance is due 10 days before your event. Late payments carry a 10% late fee per day. Payments can be made by check, through our invoicing system, or by credit or debit card. Payment plans through BoothBook are available.
3. Cancellation and changes
Requests to change your event date must be made at least 30 days before the original date. Cancellations or changes made less than 30 days out are not refundable, but may be eligible for credit toward a future event.
4. Space and power requirements
You are responsible for providing adequate space and power for the booth: a 10 by 10 foot space, access to a 110V 15 amp 3-prong outlet, and a 6-foot table.
5. Outdoor events
For outdoor setups, you are responsible for providing suitable covering to protect the equipment from weather. If a power outlet is not available on site, outdoor power is one of our standard add-ons.
6. Photo booth operation
The booth will be operational for at least 85% of your service period. Brief interruptions for maintenance are normal and are not grounds for a refund or discount.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Pik Stop Photo Booths against liability related to your event, the use of the booth, or the photos taken during your service period.
8. Intellectual property
Pik Stop Photo Booths retains rights to the photographs taken during your event. Photos are for your personal use and may not be used commercially without our written consent.
9. Additional charges
Extra charges may apply for travel beyond the first 25 miles, stairs access, and parking.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate this agreement and withdraw services if these terms are not met.
11. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California.
See our privacy policy for how we handle your personal data. These terms may be amended only by written agreement between both parties. Booking with us means you agree to these terms.
